If you're using frozen tuna steaks, then take from freezer, lay out individually on large plate – cover if necessary and put in fridge overnight |

Get cooking implements ready: |
One large and one medium saucepan; Spatula to turn tuna steaks on grill; Grater; Fruit squeezer/juicer; Large cup; Large shallow glass dish with lid or cover for marinading tuna |

One large serving bowl for potatoes; One medium serving bowl for beans; Colander for draining veg; Three serving spoons |

Grate half the rind of the lemon; Keep rind aside |
